RULES AND FAQs
All players will treat the Admins with respect. The server settings are not DEFAULT and are customized by the Admins for everyone's enjoyment. If you have a dispute with an Admin please do not do it during gameplay. We have a section on our Forums for this. If you feel you were treated unfairly by an administrator email SIPPENHAFT. Players who choose to use our servers will respect one another. Do not ridicule other players if you feel they are not as skilled as you. We all started the same way - As A NOOB! Trash Talking is acceptable, as long as it is not demeaning to a player or done excessively. If two or more players begin to argue and do not stop after warnings by the admins, ALL PLAYERS INVOLVED will be KICKED AND/OR BANNED from all the server IP's.
If an administrator asks you to do or don't do something please do not argue, most likely it is to enhance the game or enforce a rule.
When you join a server, look at the teams. Are they even ? Is the XP even ? Join the team that needs help. If the teams are even in number and XP, Join the team on OFFENSE.Team balance is a crucial part of the game and makes for a more enjoyable experience when the teams are balanced. Sometimes, an administrator may put up a shuffle for a vote, may do an instant shuffle, or may move players to keep the game balanced and fair. Please do not argue or switch teams after being moved. The admins do this to keep the game FUN!
No name scripts/spamming. This is where it Changes the Name more then once. It makes peoples pings higher and it also fills the Server logs with un-needed info.
No offensive language or names.
No recruiting.
No clan stacking.
No advertising or URL spamming.
No Intentional spawn killing - This is a server for fun, it is not a tournament server. Give players a chance to get out of their spawns. Also, DO NOT shoot from the spawn. This will make your spawn a target for the enemy players. If you shoot from the spawn, you can be shot at in the spawn.
No Intentional team killing. This is when you kill someone on your team...thats bad...saying sorry is the nice thing to do!
No verbal spamming continually calling out "I need ammo" or "medic" is not only annoying, it clogs up the console.
No useless "chatter" - This is not a chat room, we have forums for that!
No TAG stealing - This means do not "wear" a tag (like **DRC**) if you do not belong to that clan!
No scripts that give you an unfair advantage. Example: No recoil, Speed Shooting, anything that interferes with punkbuster
No trick jumping to finish maps
No use of " hidden easter eggs" in maps
The purpose of our servers are to provide a fun, fair, consistent, and challenging gaming environment for ET players for FREE. Please obey our rules and have an enjoyable time. Disobey the rules and you'll have to find somewhere else to play. We do not enjoy banning or kicking players; However, if rules are broken it will happen. Enjoy !
